Susan C. Ray, M.Ed., CAPM is a results-oriented learning and development professional with over 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  She is a passionate trainer and possesses highly efficient problem solving skills which she uses to design, develop, and deliver training programs.

During her career, she has provided safety, regulatory, technical, and business skills training to R&D staff globally.  Susan has held positions in training, R&D policy, genetics, clinical research, and data management.  She has established and led multifunctional, global project teams.  As she has worked as a manager and individual-contributor, she can speak from both perspectives.Susan and her family reside in North Carolina, USA.
