Natalee received her Nursing Degree from Union University and has practiced in the areas of Intensive Care and Surgery.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Natalee received her Masters’ in Administration from Central Michigan University.

She has a background in Sales and Sales Management in Home Infusion, Capital Equipment, Surgical devices and Biologicals.  Her background also includes Sales and Sales Management in Managed Markets as well as National Accounts Director, Health Systems Director, Channel Marketing, Director, Reimbursement Initiatives, Director, Sales Training, Director Immunology Training & Development, Director, National Accounts GPO/BDs and Regional VP Sales, North America.

During her career, she has won numerous awards for Sales Achievement, Sales Management, National Accounts, Immunology Distinguished Service Award, Managed Care and Business Planning.  She also received The Outstanding Service Award from Consorta, Group Purchasing Association in 2006 and The President’s Award from MedAsset’s, Group Purchasing Organization, in 2008.

Natalee has served on the Board of Directors for The Interfaith Hospitality Network of Warren County Ohio, Vice President of Home of the Sparrow, Lake County Illinois and past lead of Philanthropy work-stream for Building Women Leaders at Baxter.
